Per-User Report Subscriptions
This is the only control for automated report emails. Toggle Daily for a user and they get every shift report the instant it's submitted. Toggle Weekly and they get last week's (Mon–Sun) report every Monday at 8:00 AM Pacific. Toggle Monthly and they get last month's report on the 1st of the month at 8:00 AM Pacific.
